With this application you can apply for:
Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher – This is a rental assistance program. A Section 8 Voucher can be used with any landlord to assist low-income persons with paying a portion of their rent based on their monthly income. The voucher can also move with you if you decide you would like to move to a different unit.
NEOHA Owned & Managed Rentals – Our rentals use a variety of rental subsidies so that our tenants can pay rent based on their income. Because they are applying to rent from Northeast Oregon Housing, we will require rental references for applicants to be considered for this program. Many of our rentals use Section 8 assistance for subsidy.
Transitional Housing Units – The NEOHA Transitional units are 3 bedroom 2 bath manufactured homes strictly for homeless families. Homeless situations may include: Currently staying at a shelter, living in car, being evicted, temporarily living with family or friends, etc. If you feel your client might qualify as homeless please contact our office to get an Agency Referral page. We cannot consider their application for Transitional Housing without this form.
